 
    
  Brussels Sprouts w/bacon
Components
- Basic Roasted Brussels Sprouts 
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb sliced bacon 
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots 
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 
- 1/4 cup orange juice 
Directions
- make baked brussels sprouts 
- cook bacon & remove 
- drain fat, saving a 1/4 cup, do not wipe pan 
- saute shallots 
- in a bowl, whisk shallots, saved fat, orange juice, and vinegar 
- remove sprouts when ready and toss in dressing

  Basic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 lb brussels sprouts, halved 
- 2 tablespoons olive oil 
- kosher salt 
Directions
- preheat oven to 400F 
- spread sprouts on a baking sheet, add salt & olive oile, and toss to coat. 
- roast sprouts for 20 minutes, until lightly browned and crispy
