Basic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 lb brussels sprouts, halved 
- 2 tablespoons olive oil 
- kosher salt 
Directions
- preheat oven to 400F 
- spread sprouts on a baking sheet, add salt & olive oile, and toss to coat. 
- roast sprouts for 20 minutes, until lightly browned and crispy
