Basic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, halved

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • kosher salt

Directions

  • preheat oven to 400F

  • spread sprouts on a baking sheet, add salt & olive oile, and toss to coat.

  • roast sprouts for 20 minutes, until lightly browned and crispy
