- Halve biscuits on plate and pour sausage gravy over

  Sausage Gravy
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb breakfast sausage 
- 2 tbps & 2 tsp flour 
- 1 1/2 to 2 cup milk 
Directions
- Cook sausage in pan 
- Add flour to sausage and grease and mix into a roux 
- Incorpoate milk 
- Salt and Pepper to taste 
Biscuits
 
      Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour 
- 1 tbsp baking powder 
- 1 tsp sugar 
- 1 tsp salt 
- 1 stick of butter 
- 3/4 cups milk 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees 
- Mix dry ingredients 
- Add butter in cubes and cut into mixture until it looks like cornmeal 
- Make a well in the mixture and add milk. Knead with fingers. 
- Roll out on a lightly floured surface and cut out biscuits 
- Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown
