  • Halve biscuits on plate and pour sausage gravy over

Sausage Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage

  • 2 tbps & 2 tsp flour

  • 1 1/2 to 2 cup milk

Directions

  • Cook sausage in pan

  • Add flour to sausage and grease and mix into a roux

  • Incorpoate milk

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 stick of butter

  • 3/4 cups milk

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  • Mix dry ingredients

  • Add butter in cubes and cut into mixture until it looks like cornmeal

  • Make a well in the mixture and add milk. Knead with fingers.

  • Roll out on a lightly floured surface and cut out biscuits

  • Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown
