 
    
  Creamy sundried tomato chicken
Ingredients
- 3-4 large chicken breasts 
- 2 cloves minced garlic 
- 1 tsp thyme 
- 1tsp red pepper flakes 
- 3/4 cup chicken broth 
- 1/2 cup heavy cream 
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes 
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan 
- fresh basil 
Directions
- preheat oven to 375F 
- season chicken with salt & pepper 
- sear in oven safe skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. about 4-5 minututes per side then transfer to plate 
- cook garlic in pan for about a minute 
- stir in thyme, pepper flakes, chicken broth, & heavy cream. Cook for 5 minutes. stir in tomatoes & cheese 
- return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over it 
- bake until chicken is cooked(15-18 min) 
- garnish with basil and cheese
