Creamy sundried tomato chicken
Ingredients
3-4 large chicken breasts
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp thyme
1tsp red pepper flakes
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
1/2 cup grated parmesan
fresh basil
Directions
preheat oven to 375F
season chicken with salt & pepper
sear in oven safe skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. about 4-5 minututes per side then transfer to plate
cook garlic in pan for about a minute
stir in thyme, pepper flakes, chicken broth, & heavy cream. Cook for 5 minutes. stir in tomatoes & cheese
return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over it
bake until chicken is cooked(15-18 min)
garnish with basil and cheese
